Participants must achieve a minimum score of 80% on a closed-book written test and complete five skill checks for course certification.\n Second Level of the LSE Program - Certificate of Proficiency\n\nTo receive the ACSA LSE Certificate of Proficiency\, participants must submit copies of the following documents to the ACSA for review as per the LSE Proficiency submission requirements:\n\n\n hazard assessment\n site inspection\n incident investigation\n toolbox talk/safety meeting\n\n Prerequisites\n\nNone required at this time.
