DESCRIPTION:BOWDA Christmas Luncheon on Thursday\, December 12\, 2019.\n\n\n\nThis event sells out fast\, so we encourage you to register early! The luncheon starts at 11:30 with the sponsored bar. At 12 noon we will start the Christmas tie auction and fund-raiser. Last year's winners: Jody Scarlett of ProStar Cleaning & Restoration\, and Vicki Young of Riverstone Insurance will show us the travels of the tie since last Christmas...did they really make it into a Christmas purse? We will then start the fund-raising for the two charities\, which we will announce Dec 2nd. Please come prepared to make a pledge\, and bring your cheque book so that you can fulfil the pledge right away!\n\n\n\nIf you have not already done so\, please complete the survey to determine which of the 6 short-listed charities we will be supporting. Please do so by Friday\, Nov 29th.\n\n\n\nFollowing the fund-raising\, we will be treated to Christmas Jazz by Fig Fusion\, featuring Leanne Decoteau. This is sure to put you into the Christmas spirit!\n\n\n\nWhen you register\, you can also sponsor an "elf" for the Christmas lunch. The administrative staff at the MD of Bighorn\, Town of Banff and Town of Canmore do so much behind the scenes. This is an opportunity to buy them lunch so that they can attend and get some well deserved time away from the office!
